Farabella is an Italian gluten-free producer of pasta, flour, and gluten-free snacks.
In order to achieve this goal we have created a targeted plant divided into various areas dedicated to the production of gnocchi, pasta and flours. In these environments, collected so that our pasta masters can constantly have control of their activities, we have installed technologically advanced systems but able to produce in compliance with traditional processing methods.
In these few years the idea of “making quality” has pushed us every day to do better than the day before in compliance with virtuous processes certified by the ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 22000 standards, all rigorously applied in our company.
