Agroindustrial Iguatemi encompasses both national and international markets since 2011. Highly qualified and trained personnel, who is subjected to a stringent quality control on the slaughter, cutting and boning, freezing and shipping of the merchandise, complying with all BPF, PPHO AND APPCC recommendations. Furthermore, all production inspections are carried out by veterinarians from the Ministry of Agriculture and Farming (SIF1440) of Brazil.

Brazil has in place a tracking system called SISBOV – Brazillian Bovine Identification and Certificate of Origin, which comprehends a set of actions, measures and procedures adapted to demonstrate the origin, health state,  production and the national farm productivity and the security of food derived from this economic activity.

The purpose of this system is to identify, register and individually monitor all bovine/cattle born or imported from the farm until the supermarket shelves, allowing a complete tracking of all sellout products.  All meat products exported by Agroindustrial Iguatemi go through this system.
