BEHER company has been in the meat production business since 1930, providing the highest quality ham, pork, lomo, chorizo and salchichon.

BEHER hams are long, stylized pieces with fine bones, typical characteristics of the purity of the 100% Iberian breed. They have the exact proportion of fat and bacon. All the pigs that we raise on our farms are of a 100% Iberian breed, whose genetic purity has been selected and cared for to achieve a standardized animal prototype that ensures a regular lone both in its morphology and its meat qualities.

Our slow production method has a lower environmental impact, favoring ecological agricultural production with the contribution of quality organic matter to fertilize crops. The use of resources is local, without the application of chemical synthesis products, or fertilizers, or non-natural fertilizers. Our pigs feed on grass, acorns and organic feed. All feed is free of synthetic amino acids and antibiotics that can harm the environment. It is a 100% natural diet. For the cultivation of organic feed, waste and recycled by-products of natural origin are used, which provide nutrients to the land.
