In our chocolate factory in Crisser, our team of chocolate-makers is elaborating with delicacy the famous MANUEL chocolates. Our hand-made pralinés are carefully prepared and are appreciated beyond Switzerland. More than 20 tons of Manuel chocolates are consumed every year all over the world! Manuel is also the official supplier of the city of Lausanne (Switzerland). Our creation has been chosen by a jury of professionals, among eleven other productions from Lausanne-based confectioners. The City of Lausanne created this contest as part of the event.
In 1914 Maison Manuel moved to the heart of the City of Lausanne in the Pierreneuve building that it had built, because it needed space and spacious cellars: on the one hand, the store’s offer was developed with many pastry, catering, chocolates, food specialties, wines, etc. And on the other hand, the so-called wholesale trade (all deliveries to hotels and branches are provided by horse-drawn transport).
